Elizabeth Richardson is a clinical psychologist who has gained a Master of Clinical Psychology, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
Elizabeth has an eclectic approach to treatment and draws from a range of therapy models including Mindfulness based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
She has extensive experience working with adults and children but currently limits her treatment to the adult years ranging from 25 years through to senior years. Elizabeth’s main clinical interests include treatment of Depressive Disorders, Bipolar and Related Disorders, Anxiety disorders including Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Trauma and Stressor Related Disorders.
Elizabeth also enjoys working with adults who are faced with making the adjustment to their retirement years.
