We are making a change to our fee structure which will take effect from the 1st January 2022.

Unfortunately, as Medicare rebates have fallen so far behind inflation and the costs associated with running a business, it is no longer sustainable for us to continue to offer a bulk billing service to all pension/health care cardholders.

We don’t make changes like this lightly, but it is necessary to ensure we can continue to provide a quality & much-needed service to our community long term.

This means that from 1st January 2022 NEW clients will be required to pay an upfront fee for sessions. Medicare rebates are available to clients with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Our psychologists will honor bulk billing arrangements with their existing clients, who have a valid pension or health care card.

We are aware that financial constraints can make access to mental health support difficult and therefore remain committed to providing a reduced upfront fee service to clients who have a valid Centrelink pension or health care card.
